"Skin Care" Original Mixed Media Artwork by Anya Butler
  • "Skin Care" Original Mixed Media Artwork by Anya Butler

This original work represents the time the artist got sunburnt by falling asleep in her driveway. Originating from that very driveway, the stone symbolises her skin: warm from basking in the sun and imperfect from the wrath of hormonal teenagedom. The paint symbolises the sunscreen she should have worn: yellow and joyous like the sun but protecting the precious stone underneath from the harsh, ultraviolet gaze of onlookers.

One-of-a-kind Artwork that comes with a certificate of authenticity and handwritten letter from the artist.
